How to Link WhatsApp Business Account to Instagram—If you’re also running an Instagram profile alongside a WhatsApp account for business, then you can link the two accounts together for convenience’s sake. To make this possible though, you need a professional Instagram account, a WhatsApp Business account, and of course, the latest versions of both apps. To link both profiles, you can only do it via Instagram, so:
- Log in to your Instagram profile and select Edit Profile.
- Scroll down until you find the Contact options category, and link your WhatsApp via the WhatsApp business phone number field.
- Send confirmation code and verify the number.
To unlink a WhatsApp account, go to your WhatsApp:
- Select Business Tools > Settings.
- Hit Linked Accounts.
- Select Instagram to Unlink your account.
