3. Connect your printer using its cable to your MacBook. You can use adapter if your MacBook port is not compatible with the printer cable.
4. If there is any message on your MacBook to download any software as the need for installing your printer, just download and install it.
5. After the installation is done, open the document that you are going to print. Your document extension can be doc, pdf and etc.
6. Then, press Command + P to print your document.
7. On the dialog box find Print Quality settings or Printer Features settings.
8. You will find macOS printing quality feature there.
9. You can change the printing quality based on your need. It can be changed to normal, best quality, fast and etc.
10. When you finished adjusting the printing settings, then print it as usual.
