The way in which the app is used is also easy. First, I searched by name or location for the participating dental or vision providers. Then, I download or email my ID card to be used every time I make an appointment or make a visit. Then, I complete the payment with my balance or Apple Wallet.

I can also save my favorite doctors for quick access if next time I need to contact them again. In the app, I also see my ID card, which contains the data for my health insurance. Besides, the estimated cost is also provided by the app every time I am going to take a treatment or medication.

Then, I select the doctor that I prefer to talk to. After that, I am connected to the doctor privately and securely through a video in around 10 minutes or less.
